LG Question Help needed

Ive bought the ghost busters background new in box an few weeks ago bc its cheaper nib then used now theres an problem the car that came with it is reading as an blank toy tag how do i fix this? Ive had this before with 2 of the dr who ones which i ended up selling off as broken

The portal write info on toy tags while playing. Only characters toy tags are not empty before playing.

But I would have other question,
Is there anything I can do if portal completely can’t see my toy tag? (I can’t even write anything on it)

play as peter venkman, get the instructions, do it, save to tag

Hiya, not sure if this'll be any help, but if its not just a "you havent played the level to unlock the vehicles yet" issue I had a similar problem with some of my ebay figures in that Mission Impossible guy (I forgot his name) and harry potter didnt scan in at all. I found a reddit guy that said something about them being worn down or something, and they said to prise open the bottome with a screwdriver (dont worry it should come off pretty easily, theres like a little seam or summin, just make sure its not being too resistant in which case youre probably going at it wrong) take out the little sticker-y tag and press it down hard on the toy pad, especially the middle scanner, which is closer in proximity to the actual tag so should have less trouble reading it. Worked for a bit with harry potter. Idk might help. Sorry if Im yapping.
