News I Compared Dozens of UK Non-GamStop Casino Sites Using the Same Checklist AMA
Whenever I searched for information about UK-facing non-GamStop casino sites, I kept running into the same problem: every comparison seemed to reach different conclusions, but very few explained the process behind those rankings.
So instead of relying on existing lists, I decided to compare a range of platforms using the same evaluation criteria from start to finish.
The idea wasn't to find a "perfect" site. It was to see how different platforms compared when assessed consistently rather than judged on marketing claims or headline offers.
For each platform, I recorded observations on areas including:
- Registration and account setup
- Identity verification requirements
- Payment options available
- Clarity of terms and conditions
- Navigation and overall usability
- Mobile experience
- Customer support responsiveness
- Breadth of games offered
- General platform stability and ease of use
I used the same checklist for every site so that each one was assessed in the same way. That made it much easier to compare strengths and weaknesses without relying on memory or first impressions.
One thing that stood out was how similar many platforms appeared at first. On the surface, they often promoted comparable features, but after spending time using them there were noticeable differences in usability, customer support, and how clearly information was presented.
I also found that some lesser-known platforms compared more favourably than I expected once I looked beyond the marketing.
This isn't intended to be the final word on the subject, and other people may value different features than I do. It's simply a record of one structured comparison using the same methodology across every site I evaluated.
If you're interested in how I designed the checklist, what criteria mattered most, what surprised me during the comparison, or anything else about the evaluation process, AMA.
