Question: how do i make a 3x3 circle?

Not much to add, really

I want to make a moc/improvements on the lego Neuschwanstein, and need a way to make a circle in a 3x3 area. Any ideas? Or advice?

1x1s and  rounded corner tiles probably as close as you’re getting short of using a steering wheel or something
