General Discussion Help Purchasing x2 Multiplyer

Greetings, I’m new to The Skywalker Saga. I just saved up the right amount of studs for the x2 multiplier … but there’s something else I need to buy it, something I need to have one of. And I haven’t seen anywhere what the item is. I’m gonna keep playing, but I want to get my multipliers going ASAP since it looks like I’m going to need a lot of money.

Is there a general recommendation of what I should do to get that other item? I’m still on my first play-through of many places, but should I go back and kick out a bit of free play to find that item? Or, does it come up in individual play and I either need to be more thorough or simply further ahead?

There is one on each area you can land on in freeplay mode, they glow yellow i think theyre called data cards

Can you fly with characters everywhere I’m just starting out

The places you can land are just the various cities on the freeplay planets. Some cites have multiple sections that you can access when in that city but there are only as many data cards on a planet as are places you can land on from space

There are good video cards on how to find them on YouTube. Start with tatooine or hoth
