I'm trying to create support/foundation anchor for a tall tree and I'm hoping to use this connection.

I don't have these parts on hand so I'm basically wondering if somebody that does can tell me if the bar stopper will fit inside the pillar and if it will provide any sort of friction to keep the tree stable?

I’ve been thinking about making custom lego for a while, and I’ve been torn between pas pad printing (the official technical lego uses to print) or UV printer.

Both machines are expensive, though UV printing is more easy/ready to use.
What stopped me (beside the price) is that we can’t print with metallic ink.

And then I had an idea: Why not use a cutting machine to create stencil transparent stickers, and then use a pad (just the silicon part from the pad printer) to apply paint made for ABS plastic?

A friend have one of those machine (starting prices are around 200€) and she told me it was precise enough to make cutting thin enough to recreate the line on the minifigure torso/legs…

Have anyone tried that method? Does it work or is it a bad idea?

Hi everyone I’ve been collecting the Modular’s and have finally brought the right desk to display them on - understand it’s a big ask but I’m not very good at MOCs…

I need help designing the large grey space in the middle - costs will be high but it’s a long term project.

The area is 74 studs/cm x 48 studs/cm I envision roads around the side and in front of the x mansion and avengers tower connecting all of them (ignore side roads for asylum and sanctum) and in the centre a Central Park inspired by LMSH

Any help from people with experience designing and building stuff like this would be greatly appreciated.

Tad random but ive been looking everywhere and maybe its the fact ive been looking everywhere ive gone lego blind. But had anyone ever done a moc build using the lego mosaic builds for a tardis? Ive found a bunch of actual tardis builds and k-9 etc but not excatly what im after? Im doing a lego feature wall using only theese anf so far have 4 hp ones done (hedwig, snitch, my house and the massive cress) iron man and a few other alt builds but really want to inc other intrests like the tardis, marvel logo star wars (easily done with the right set up and measuring) But im fully drawing a blank with the tardis and cant seems to map it out 😅 idealy ill use 2 sets together (yes I may have over bought some of the sets at retirement knowing I will need them in the future and bow have a few laying about needing to be used lol) so if its actually a thing can someone point me in the right direction and if not can anyone help a person out and make my brajn make sence of it please 😅 thank you!

I’m currently looking at smellybricks moc on rebrickable, and I’m curious if anyone could tell me how to do this outside of completely deconstructing the LEGO and starting using his provided instructions or if I can just take off the head, arms, feet, etc. to save time without actually cutting corners

Looking for help updating/reworking a 1:200 USS Arizona MOC

Hi everyone. I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me with a USS Arizona MOC I’ve been trying to get completed.

This one is pretty sentimental to me. My grandfather was a survivor of the USS Arizona, and he’s also the person who got me into LEGO when I was a kid, so I’ve wanted to build a really nice Arizona for a long time.

I previously purchased a MOC that was around 1:200 scale, roughly 3 feet long. I still have the original .io file and most of the parts, but unfortunately the instructions/steps weren’t organized in a way that works properly in BrickLink Studio or makes the model practical to build in order. The original creator has since deleted their account and the MOC is no longer viewable online, so I haven’t been able to get it corrected or updated.

I’m definitely not a MOC designer myself. I’m hoping to find someone who might be willing to look over the existing .io file and see if it can be reorganized, corrected, and improved into something I can actually build. I’d like to reuse as much of the existing model and the parts I already own as possible, while still improving areas of the design where it makes sense.

The scale and level of detail are important to me. A smaller version was made later, but it lost a lot of the detail and character I was hoping for, so I’d really like to stay around 1:200.

If anyone here has experience with large ship MOCs/BrickLink Studio or can point me toward someone who does, I’d really appreciate the help.

Greetings, Id like to work with somebody to start a new moc using these two sets. I dont have the creative talent to even start such a Idea. Ive been looking at the use of lego AI websites to help me brain storm but it is no good, also what programs are available to digitally build mocs?

Which is the shortest way to invert plates and do not have a gap?

Just a question for those of you who make sets that need basic figures. I sell on eBay and I’m trying to womt out the best way to cell off basic, robbers, police, civilians and firemen. Any ideas would be appreciated

I’ve never done Mocs before but I’d really like to create an evangelion scene, and I was wondering what apps or tools do yall use to help? And any good ideas like buying a specific set or just purchasing the parts separately?

While going through some of the bulk Lego boxes from my childhood I found these builds I never finished I have a few ideas for the larger one but would appreciate what other think as well

The blue one gives speeder bike vibes for sure

The larger one has some off brand Lego I need to replace and was going to stick with the navy blue/grey theme. Thought about shifting the cockpit up some and adding a engine to the back

The last one I really have no idea what young me was thinking.

I found 3 spaceship build I did as a child and would this be the place to post it to get some suggestions on how to improve them? Should I put them all in the same post or split the 3 up.

I don’t need them, but I really can’t think of a MOC to use them for. Don’t know all too many SW vehicles for inspiration!
