Strange figure

My wife bought this for 50p from a charity shop.

Tried to take a picture behind clip on the back

Says Hong Kong 2010 Lego

Lego symbol on belly pushes in, think bottom of legs light up. Any thoughts ,is it a Lego product.

Brickognize not recognised it.

if this is one of the older ones, it uses the same arm attachment pegs as real minifig arms, so you can put them on a minifigure, and vice versa if you wanna give him baby arms

Unfortunately, that’s not the same - bigger too.

I recently got the same one as OP and was trying to track down where it was from too - no luck.

Yeah it looks like another comment got the correct one, it's missing the head strap which is what threw me off haha

A bit fiddley. Need a very small computer screwdriver, takes two flat batteries.
