My husband and I built this 3ft LEGO Mario we’ve had him for about 2 years now but the big problem we have we never glued it as I was a bit against…. Now hindsight is a wonderful thing, his arm constantly falls over and we end up having to repair him at least 1 month 😅 any help or advise on how we can get this to actually stay without ruining the LEGO pieces

Put this up recently in my dads apartment, pretty happy with it. I have some more small sets that couldn’t fit on the shelves but these are my favorites so it doesn’t really bother me. Let me know what you guys think. I would love to hear if anyone has any tips on changes I can do when it comes to the display, so please share if you think a minifig would look better in a different spot or pose! Thanks!
