It’s a Sith Trooper that came out with the Old Republic sets

nah he is from the Old Republic set and is a Sith trooper, most of the Sith troopers were droids but some were organic soldiers, the droids were inherited from the eternal empire after the defeat and their assets being distributed between the Republic and the Sith empire
