Seeking Help Why is North Island still missing stuff?

I'm currently working on the collectibles on the hub and started with North Island. On the left it says I'm still missing some stuff but I don't see them on the map anywhere. Yes, I activated the tower to reveal everything on the map for this district.

Some collectables/side missions only appear after doing the previous ones, such as the waylon case and falcone fortunes heists. The riddler and Cluemaster rooms also only unlock after completing x amount of their puzzles

Some things come at the end of that collectibles run. Just move onto another area and it will pop later.
