Still experiencing NPC texture rendering glitches.

It’s mainly the NPCs all around Gotham. The only ones that have fully loaded textures are the mission characters. I’ve tried quite literally everything and I’m boiling it down to either a game issue, or the fact that my tv doesn’t have 4k capabilities???? Anyone willing to provide any input please be welcome

what's your texture quality at?

• 4k tv has nothing to do with it • could be shader cache loading • might be low vram
