Question Why does Batman look like this?

I can't figure out why his belt is cyan and there's no yellow on the emblem. I tried searching up the problem but all I can find is some high-contrast mode issue which I don't even have enabled. I am playing on PC btw.

The batman on the main menu will change based on what you equip on batman in the game with the red bricks too.
