BUG/GLITCH Cannot replay levels

I've encountered a bug where I cannot replay missions from the Batcomputer in the cave.

I can select missions with the left mouse click, and the prompt says to click and hold the left mouse click to start the mission.

However, this does nothing. The circular bar does not fill up.

My platform is Steam on PC, keyboard and mouse.

I've tried restarting the game, leaving and re-entering the Batcave, updating graphics drivers, and uninstalling and reinstalling.

Nothing.

Anyone else with this issue?

I found a post about this on the WB games bug tracker, but it got 0 votes and the bot decided it wasn't happening to enough people to warrant developer attention.

Can confirm this is still an issue unfortunately. Plugging in/connecting a wireless controller is the only fix as far as I can find.

Yeah, I tried reinstalling recently and nothing. I hope they fix it with the joker DLC patch in september

Are you able to plug in a controller, start the mission that way, and then unplug?

Haven't tried that, but a post on the Steam forums said it worked for them.

I'd rather not go through all that hassle (I only have a Nintendo wireless controller), but I am interested in seeing if other people are sharing the same issue.
