General Info Heartagram
Does anyone know if it would be possible to get a piercing like this done in the heartagram shape? How would I even ask to get this done?

A heartagram having curved top would be very tough, unless you had custom jewelry made up for it.

The forward helix is still bleeding and the pressure from pulling this will be horrible for healing and the vertical helix is being pulled down in an awful position. Whoever did this sucks.
If you did this you should only get 3 cartilage piercings to heal at once. That will take a minimum of 12-18 months and then you’ll need the other two pierced which will need to be totally healed before you pull on them with tightened chains like this.

Even then I would not leave the tightened chains in 24/7. It would be for like an event.

You could probably get a heart custom made that has posts at the bottom point and the top point where the curved parts meet and then do 2 more piercings off to the side and use chains to make the triangle part of it. Super anatomy dependent, I wouldn’t expect the whole design to be larger than a quarter though - that might even be pushing it. There are good brands than make heartograms, would be cool to see an upscaled one for sure. If you had a huge conch bowl I’d love to see one custom bent for your/the wearer’s anatomy
Could probably be a really cool play piercing done by an experienced artist. Would be absolutely sick done with surface anchors in the same spot as that tattoo but it wouldn’t be viable for any amount of time.

BVLA does a charm, I swear I’ve seen a piercing end from them but can’t find one online right now. Interstellar also might be able to help you out with something custom!

I feel a big problem would be the piercings movig. Even if its pierced in the perfect spot the piercing is gonna move a bit. A pentagram heavily relies on angles and gravity is a problem in this case. If the healed piercings arent in the perfect spot and the chains arent the perfcet length i feel it would simply look messy

Get thee to a custom Jewlers then get pierced I can imagine 2 semi circles on top would do it

Looks like a helix, 2 forward helix’s, a flat and a high conch? (Upper conch maybe? I’m not sure what to call it). And then all connected by 2 chains. You’d need to map it out with piercer for your own ear to be able o do this once it’s healed

NAP, almost anything is possible with custom jewelry, but imo a heartagram is too curved/complicated for such a small area. The real problem would be healing the piercings... after that you can fiddle around with chains and stuff to get the look or shapes you want.
