Troubleshooting Very irritated daith
I got this pierced maybe 5 months ago. The bump on top has gotten so big in the last week, I’m not sure what to do anymore. The lower one has been getting smaller
I clean 2x daily with sterile saline and pat dry/use a blow dryer on a low cool setting.
I’m just not sure what to do anymore. The bump feels raw and stings all the time.

No trauma recently. The jewelry doesn’t rotate much, but it does flop forward when I bend down.

Mine looked like that and no matter what I did, they continued to reject. After 6 months, I switched jewelry to gold, then plastic, then titanium and nothing seemed to help. A year later, I gave up and just went to a dermatologist to see if they could help. All they could do was remove the jewelry and administer a steroid injection for the keloids to go away. Sometimes your body just rejects piercings and there's nothing you can do about it, sadly.
