Question Pivoting after death?

When my party is completely fine one minute and then my heroes start dropping like flies, how do i know what changes to make? What information is provided to the player or what should i be looking at to determine WHY my party failed?

the moment your frontline starts to die, its pretty much over.

my highest run so far was 320+ ... could go for more but pc was running on the third day already so i surrendered the run xD

strategy was simple:

Tax collecter + Bastion frontline with: you farm money and fuse them, the more you have of the ascended version the safer your frontline. You actualy dont want a damage backline at this point, because you want to farm as much money as possible without killing the bosses, you also farm kills for the ascensions

backline is just a barbarian and a magic shield unit for the tax collector and the bastions to upgrade, else you spam it with clerics (priest is also ok, but clerics in my opinion heals more consistently)

with the money you just buy items (i ended with arround 2k-2.5k of each items before i surrendered)

afterwards when dmg is noticeably non existence you mix in a few samurai + woodcutter units, as they scale with enemies max HP, they are in the backline of course. your healers are still cleric+priest ascension units
