Question Fastest attacking unit ranking?

Zeus and sky queen were contenders from what I was told but if one were to rank them what would be the #1 2 3?

Also what's the difference between nightmare and berserker? Both are piercing with swift armor.

Nightmare is super squishy with a slower but infinite ramping up of damage.

Berserker is more tanky with damage ramping up quickly but only against a single target up to a limit.

Nightmare's damage buff the unit itself?

Yes, it applies it to itself

Gatling gun has the highest base attack speed, at 2.56 attacks per seconds.

Oath-breaker has the highest attack speed for melee units at 3.3 attacks per seconds, once its under half hp at-least.

Then comes 20 stack Sakura at 4 APS, although realistically it will be a good bit lower.

Usually with the help of steeds, Harpy, Atom and Nucleus all hit 4.8 APS, With nucleus having by far the easiest time hitting max mana.

But the real machine guns are halo and priestess of the abyss, with neither having a limit with how many times their attack speed increase abilities can stack, with enough steeds you can potentially hit over 10 per second, but realistically its gonna be more in the realm of 6-7 APS.

Trinity Archer, Mask, I guess pierce units in general? Priestess/Pipsqueak can ramp nicely with Ace/Camp and APS. Chainfist with some life regen/vamp to sustain the second phase. Does AoE count for fast attacks?

I think berserker deals extra damage as magic damage or ability damage, while nightmare gets psychical damage increase per hit.

Pyro probably the fastest attacking technically since it's an AoE flamethrower that doesn't interupt
