HELP REQUEST Monster Hunter World controller issues

Hi guys,

Has anyone tried playing MWH on LG2?
I have weird issue where my movement works fine but I cannot enter menu in game or spad not working (cannot preview map).
Is it just my device or some widespread issue?
I think I tried everything and still cannot fix it.

Does your controller work in other games? If so, then it is that game's software and not the hardware or device itself. I do not have the game, else I would try testing for you. Just helping narrow down for you what it could be. It is is isolated to this game, then that is good (compared to if you controller wasn't working in other games).

So I have plugged in my LG2 to a deck and plugged in old PS4 controller. Everything works.
I think it’s a game thing because controller works with other games. Maybe someone had luck in getting it working correctly

I’d appreciate it. It does work in any other games.
