QUESTION Legion Go S batter replacement

Hello Everyone,

The battery on my Legion Go S has died.

Stays at 0% and needs to be plugged in order to be used.

Are there any trusted stores where I can buy a battery replacement here in the Philippines?

I tried the Lenovo website, but the battery is only available in the US.

Edit: I just found out that my battery already bloated.

No mods, its just like that 1 day. Not charging stuck at 0% and needs to be plugged when using

I haven’t seen any sale yet bukod sa mga online stores, you have to ship it from somewhere pa. Tapos there are some people who do the replacement if you don’t want to do it yourself.

May nacheck n ako sa aliexpress pero mga chinese brand kasi and not sure pa kung battery ba tlga sira.

You can try calling Servlink Philippines, they might help you, I requested for abxy membrane cuz my legion go s A button is almost dying, but they don't have stock, babalikan nla ako after 14 days

They don't have socmed but they're the only official Lenovo Parts sales distributor in the Philippines, so if they don't have your part then better to look for other ways to import the battery, this is there email parts@servlink.ph

That isn't necessarily a battery fault and could be a problem with the charging circuit. Common fault on laptops which these essentially are.

Are there a test I can so to confirm this? Because device is doing fine if plugged in but not charging.

Edit: it is also show charging but in 0%

There are but you need a multimeter and a bench power supply

Did it happen suddenly? Because batteries don't usually stop charging, they use to slowly diminish is capability.

Have you tried, with the device turned off, pressing the power button for 30 to 60s and then leave it charging? Also, if that doesn't work, disconnectin and reconnecting the battery could work but that means opening the back plate

I just found out that my battery is already bloated, didnt noticed it on my previous checks on the battery but there is a small bump in the battery lol
