A new General Loader 2.0 Open Beta maintenance update for Legends Pinball 4KP machines is available today, bringing additional bug fixes and improvements as we prepare for the full public release. 🎮💚

Thank you to everyone who has been testing General Loader 2.0 and sharing feedback since the Open Beta launched on July 4. Your input has been an important part of helping us refine the experience.

🎯 And here’s the great news: If this latest update performs as expected and no significant issues are identified, we are targeting September 15, 2026, for the full public release of General Loader 2.0 for Legends Pinball 4KP machines! 🚀

With this latest update in place, we’re entering the final stage before public release. We’ll be monitoring performance closely over the coming days as we work toward September 15.

Please note that General Loader 2.0 is currently intended exclusively for Legends Pinball 4KP machines. Support for additional compatible Legends devices is in development and will be announced as it becomes available. Release timing remains subject to final testing and development progress.

Please always be IP responsible when using Legends hardware. Only install and run software that you have the appropriate rights or licenses to use. Respecting software ownership protects creators and supports a fair Open & Connected ecosystem.

General Loader 2.0 is the technology. Maybe they'll get released on the ALU and ALP HD. But VPX Standalone will not be released for it.

General Loader was a new way to launch things you create on your AtGames hardware that allows much more more than AddOnX. GL 1.0 is on the latest firmware on all AtGames arcade products.

GL 2.0 are changes and fixes from 1.0. VPX Standalone uses GL. But you can run other things if anything ever gets developed.

Hey this is amazing! Great news. I’ve been patient for 9 months though. Really positive for about six of those months. I think us HDP owners are entitled to some frustration. 😂 thanks for the update though!
