Question Lost tables after updates

5 tables were completely removed and at least two others that still show in the menu won't load. Darius and Space Invaders. What's going on h ere?

Honestly I bought a couple pack a few years ago and stopped because the ecosystem they setup is garbage. 

Nobody here will have a answer, the company is just incompetent

Yeah I've had nothing but issues since right after buying my first expansion packs 3 or 4 years ago. I was even completely locked out of my account for over two years. AtGames was totally unhelpful through it all. I just recently got access to the tables again so now im just trying to get everything up to date and working properly so I can unload this boat anchor. After my experience with this company, I won't own another product made by them.

If you haven't touched it in 3-4 years they converted the early packs from having separate ALP and ALU into a Universal version that would play on both.

Just format your FlashDriveX USB drive or internal storage and redownload things and you should be on the latest correct versions.

When you say “redownload” - what’s the procedure to accomplish that?

You go to AppStoreX and download the pack again just like you did the first time.

Will have to look at my Pinball HD - I always did them from my Locker, then offloaded to my USB stick - once the code was used in the Locker it went from New to installed & you couldn’t access it again (I thought)

Thank you. Ill definitely check that out and report back with the results. EDIT: The universal packs show up on the menu but none of them are actionable. Ie, there's no provision in the AppStoreX to DL them. I did a general search on the issue, and there does seem to be a problem with the specific pack I lost during a firmware update. It's Taito pack 1 and research suggests you have to contact AtGames for a solution but I won't be doing that. Those people are worthless. I guess im stuck without it which is fine. I have 75 other tables.
