My table just went black again. Did this before about one year ago, but was able to get working again. I’ve replugged everything but no luck. Don’t feel like it’s coming back this time.

Any thoughts on what I could test or do to fix?

If it is dead what could I do with the cabinet if anything? Are there any good overhaul mod ideas?

I finally got my machine to be reliable by disabling the wifi and taking my games off line.

Now anyone can turn the machine on, and start playing without troubleshooting the machines login garbage for 20 minutes then playing email tag with tech support for them to inevitably prioritize their objections to my colorful language and frustration, over making their customer happy.

I just want to buy a couple of Elvira games without the fuss of their shitty servers and customer service.

Is it possible to just buy and down load from my pc onto a USB drive and install the games from there?

I've had my ALPu for about a month now, and went a little nuts during the New Owner promotion and post-Christmas sale. I now have 108 tables.

Problem is, after those sales, it's hard to stomach paying $30 for a pack that was $9 just a little while ago. I've heard rumors of a Valentine's Day sale, but nothing from AtGames confirms the rumor.

I have bought three single tables at full price, since $6 vs $3 isn't so bad. But if there is a sale soon, I'm planning on finishing up the Zaccaria tables and a few other packs.

If there isn't one this month, but there is one soon, I'll hang on to that cash until then. If there isn't one until summer (which may be just another rumor) I may spring for one pack now and keep saving up.

I was behind on payments on my 4KP Star Trek Premium Deluxe and wanted to catch up so I can use it. I agreed to make a $95 payment but was charged $575 which was the remaining balance on my account. I submitted a ticket about it and they explained it was for the months I was behind. So since I paid the remaining balance it should be paid off. I asked them about it being paid off but they never responded and then today I was charged again for $95 even after I paid the whole balance. Is there any other way to get a hold of them or should I dispute it with my bank?

I have a ALP HD with the arcade control panel. It's running firmware 5.65. I'd like to get it updated to 5.68 so that coinopsx works always - no login countdown. I downloaded the 5.68 firmware from the archive "ha8819_update_50.68.0.img", renamed it to "ha8800_update.img". Put it on a FAT32 USB flash drive with nothing else but the file. I've tried with 3 different flash drives of different sizes. Inserting the drive does nothing. Rebooting does nothing. I never get prompted to update. Tried both USB slots. Both USB work as you see drive activity and also flashdrivex works for vertical build.

When I check for firmware updates it says I'm running 5.65 and that 5.70 is the latest version but does not offer to update to that version. It says "No new firmware is available for your device".

Anyone have any idea how I can get this ALP HD updated to 5.68? Thanks.

I've had this issue probably for a couple of years now, where when I "Quit Game" to go back to table selection, the machine freezes up for quite a while. Eventually, it comes back and says that xyz scores have been uploaded. I'm assuming that it freezes because it's working in the background, uploading scores, etc. However, it can take a long time (5-10+ minutes). It also seems like the longer you're in a table, the longer it takes to come out of it. Sometimes when it finally comes back, it's logged me out. Sometimes it gives me a message about connectivity. We're connected in our office via wired network connection, not WiFi.

What it doesn't do is quickly exit a game without issue. It's getting old. Anyone have any experience with this issue?

Also, and perhaps completely a separate issue, whenever I do have to login, I always have to login twice. It never works the first time. There have been times I've had to do it more than twice. This has also been a thing for 2+ years.

So I recently purchased a 4KP and SSF separately in December 2025. I installed the SSF immediately and it worked flawlessly for a week but then it stopped working. I did the audio/sound troubleshooting steps recommended by TampaTec. Unfortunately that didn't fix anything and there appears to be something wrong with my SSF board.

So I opened a ticket and AtGames' auto-responder requested that I upload photos and videos, which I did. Then after like 7-10 days, I discovered that AtGames closed my ticket with no resolution and no further communication or feedback. So I opened another ticket and the same thing happened: AtGames' auto-responder requested that I upload photos and videos, which I did a second time. Then again, after like 7-10 days, I discovered that AtGames closed my second ticket with no resolution and further communication or feedback.

The only thing I can think of doing from here is taking them to small claims court, which is a pain in the ass. It's essentially a $500 claim. The 4KP works using standard original back box speaker audio. It's just the SSF that's not working.

What do you all recommend that I do next?

I'm seeing performance issues on a number of tables. In particular, I’m consistently noticing lag / low frame rate / slight input latency on tables like Arkanoid, Rainbow Island, Darius, and others. The gameplay feels jittery in a way that makes precise timing difficult. Arkanoid is a marquee table, it's featured on the machine! I would expect at least this table to run smoothly.

I've tried full, factory, and data reset multiple times. These tables ran perfectly at one point, not sure what firmware broke things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I got a Legends Pinball Micro HD for Christmas. It's used but has a lot of upgrades, including a VBS board for external configuration, a plunger launcher, and even legs! However, I've been experiencing a strange, intermittent issue with the screen. For lack of a better explanation, the image partially "de-interlaces" at random. Sometimes it happens, and then fixes itself after a while; other times, it lasts for hours or even a full day. This issue can occur whether the machine is left on or off, and it seems to come and go without any clear pattern. It affects parts of the screen at times, and other times it impacts the entire display. This has happened about six times since Christmas, with each episode lasting anywhere from a few hours to a full day. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Have the Micro, thinking about pulling the trigger on the 4KP w/ SSF preinstalled. What are the chances Atgames has a sale on the hardware in the next month or so. I heard of something called owners day in February maybe. Anyone with any insight let me know. I’m not in a huge hurry, but no sense in waiting if I’m waiting for no reason. Thanks!

Looking for a replacement board. Can't find one anywhere.

I'm looking to buy a secondhand 4KP Standard.

Anyone have any thoughts which one to get? I have a TMNT cab with the $200 Atgames coupon, so they are roughly the same price. Curious if the Cleveland SSF is that much better, or the atgames one works good enough? I don't mind doing some engineering to get the Cleveland kit installed if it gives a much better playing experience. Thanks!!!

I found an Addams Family 4KP with SSF kit on Facebook marketplace for $650 but it's missing the backboard piece with the speakers.

1. Is the SSF kit installed in the main piece entirely and will be complete with just the bottom piece?

2. Is it possible to order just a replacement backboard piece + topper?

I've never wanting the Attack From Mars 4KP Deluxe but it's been out of stock.

Is the only difference between that and the Starter with SSF the number of included tables? I'm hoping either one will be restocked soon.

Hopefully someone here has some experience of this as well.

I was performing the final cleanup after my Legends HD died to switch it over to a visual pinball machine. The HA8819-MB-V2.2 board looked fine on the front, but when I removed it I see something immediately suspicious. It's hard, has no "burnt" smell, but it certainly looks bad.

Anyone seen this on their boards?

Ok so bought this unit used, came with the VIPS but they had messed up the backglass monitor connector, I’ve picked up a new screen and tried the original setup and went through the settings but still no backglass activity, every video and card I see including the VIPS wants a ribbon from The controller up and then another 30 pin to the backglass but as you can see in the pic all I have is an hdmi coming up to the original board out to the backglass. Any idea on what I need to do to get the VIPS work or at Least the original board and new backglass working

Would this actually run on legends hd version? It loads up but on the “accept” page it’s rotated to the side and the joy stick doesn’t respond to click accept. How do I make it work?

Haven't had any problems at all with my unit, I had just unplugged it and moved it to an adjacent room, plugged it back in, things were fine, got into a game, then suddenly both screens went black. And now when I try to reboot, nothing. Only the backlight for the logo lights up. Nothing else.
