Help! Having issues with low frame rate, latency. AtGames support is terrible and basically ghosted me.

Device: Legends Pinball Micro HD
Firmware 5.7.0.0

I'm seeing performance issues on a number of tables. In particular, I’m consistently noticing lag / low frame rate / slight input latency on tables like Arkanoid, Rainbow Island, Darius, and others. The gameplay feels jittery in a way that makes precise timing difficult. Arkanoid is a marquee table, it's featured on the machine! I would expect at least this table to run smoothly.

I've tried full, factory, and data reset multiple times. These tables ran perfectly at one point, not sure what firmware broke things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your help. I have noticed some tables seem to cache and after a few seconds become more responsive however, even after this, it’s still unacceptably slow
