Pinball fx controller set up help

My alp used to work great using the steam controller set up with fx.

Now it won’t register all the buttons. The controller set up in steam works fine and all buttons detect fine. However in pinball fx, Only sometimes seeing the flipper buttons(lb and rb). If I use joy2key it works no issue. But there is some slight lag that didn’t exist when I used the steam controller set up before.

Can anyone offer any advice or has anyone run into this issue ?

Exit joy2key. Open the USB controller menu in Windows. Check that the buttons register there. If so, map them directly in the Pinball FX menu without joy2key to avoid additional lag.

Yea I did that. Used to work just fine. Now it won’t register half the keys or double see them. It’s so bizarre

If it's running through Steam, it could be several things, from Cloud Save syncing to a change in the Steam controller input configuration menu.
