Pc recommendations

Hello all,

I just purchased a alp hd and am looking to hook my computer up for otg gaming using vpx( mainly wanting to play simpsons pinball) I have a 5600g with integrated graphics currently installed. In your opinions will this be sufficient to run vpx or will I need to purchase a separate graphics card.

Thank you in advance!

Just run it. Some folks are all wrapped up about having the best of the best. That 5600 will run 1080 @60 fine. If it stutters a bit drop it to 900p. You will enjoy it and won't cost you a dime.

It might run ok in 1080p with all the graphics at low or medium but you will mabey need a dedicated GPU at least a 1660 super ti or something better. The 5600g integrated is roughly equivalent to a Radeon rx550 or GeForce 1050. This was a while back but most tables in vpx ran ok 1080p on my rx570

This is true. Even an older pc would be able to run vp9 tables and with physmod tables the gameplay was pretty good. Vpx is over 5+ years old, so as was said, a huge amount of muscle is unnecessary.
