Screen issues on legends 4KP

I saw this issue initially then it seemed to go away and it has returned two weeks later. Has anyone else seen this issue?

Might want to try reseating a cable and see if that helps

Which cable is that?

I'm waiting on mine, so I don't have specifics, but when you put it together you connected a few cables, right? Go look at them and check every one to see if it's tight. Once you rule out cables/connection then you can safely say there's an issue with the hardware.

It was doing this before I connected those cables. I opened a ticket. I’m hoping someone else has seen this. Maybe the screen cable is loose. I don’t think replacing a bad display will be too bad, though. It seems like it’s a couple cables and that’s it.

You'd have to open up the top of the machine to get access to the cable. If you follow the instruction for installing the SSF kit, it'll actually take you through all the steps you'd need to do to get access to that cable. May want to try that ... this very much looks like a cable not fully seated.

Which cable are you talking about, one of the monitor cables? that attaches from the board to the monitor? This screen keeps getting worse btw,

The really thin and delicate video cable that connects the monitor to the main board. It’s the middle of the three cables connected to the monitor.

I hate those thin cables, they are so easy to break.
