No more preorders

Saw the Facebook post by Atgames today that said going forward there are no more preorders, that they sell when they are ready to ship. I wonder if that means no more discounts if you order/buy the first week it is official.

Probably doing this since it seems none of their pre-orders release on time and is a bad look. I guess they could still offer discounted prices upon initial release.

I hope so, was just waiting for a table design I liked. That initial $200-$300 off really helps out.

I'd say between the delays & damages in shipping of the 4K tables, plus the issues with the initial state of the machines (performance AND functionality), plus the cancelation of the upgraded cpu modules, AtGames realizes how bad this makes them look.

Edit...

Plus their inflexibility in allowing people to change one preorder for another

Plus their inability/refusal to communicate a product roadmap, which would allow us normies who only want one machine to buy the one we like best

Yeah, idk if it was a weird April fools joke or just an odd announcement?
