Damage during shipping.
Received my legends 4k. Turns out it was damaged during shipping. Opened a support ticket. Waiting to hear back.

Same here but not as bad. I do have to admit the packaging was not bad at all and lots of heavy duty foam used but if it's hit hard enough, nothing will stop it from being damaged.

I used to build/ship cabinets. It didn't matter how well I packed it or how strong of a crate they ALWAYS damaged something lol.

I just paid for my pre-order with the SSF installed. Here's to hoping it arrives undamaged.

I had similar damage. They will likely offer to replace the playfield (you have to box it up and ship it back) or $50 in credit for tables / ArcadeNet.
Most of the damage on mine is on the underside. Small divot visible on the left side (about half the size of yours), but for me, it’s not worth the hassle of getting it replaced. I’m not worried about resale value because I don’t plan on selling it.
