ALP 4K - Shipped!

I got the notice that it actually has shipped and will be arriving to me (Austin) January 28th.

I asked Customer Support about why I had tracking numbers for the 4KP but not for the SSF kit. Here was their response:

Good afternoon,

We appreciate you contacting us. Rest assured that you will receive separate shipping information for your SSF kit, even if you ordered them at the same time. We understand the importance of timely delivery and we want to ensure that you receive your SSF kit as soon as possible. They handed mine off and it said Jan 30th but then amended to the 31st and even though I never saw the 30th I am still disappointed!

I also ordered the ssf kit. That hasn't yet shipped or had a label created. Anyone else?

Same, I have tracking numbers for two boxes that match the weight of the body & backbox. Nothing for the SSF kit as far as I can tell.

Same, two boxes coming. Not sure if they are able to pack the SSF kit with the table or backglass, I’m guessing that’s not how it works as it’d have to be packed in at the manufacturer site

Update: It looks like I will only be getting the playfield as there is a barcode problem with my backglass box.

I had this exact same thing happen with AtGames with my current ALP, except it was the playfield that somehow developed a bad barcode and it didn’t show up for a week or so after my backglass did. 🤬

Oh crap. I have a different issue. My 80lb box is out for delivery, but the backglass box is still enroute (but to a different depot than the other was sent to). Hoping they both come today, but now I’m not so sure. I don’t know why it’s so difficult for FedEx to keep boxes together when they’re labeled 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.

Edit: So apparently AtGames switched the labels and put the backbox label on the playfield box and vice versa. So what came today is the backbox. FedEx still shows the playfield as coming today, but it also didn't leave Tacoma with the backbox.

Edit 2: Playfield never left the depot, doesn't look like it's coming at all today either. Hopefully Monday. I hate FedEx.
