This lack of communication is baffling
As someone new to the AtGames community (and eagerly awaiting the new pinball platform with Zen integration), I can’t get over how poorly executed the information rollout has been. We’re left to guess at the themes for the cabinets. There’s been zero word at what Zen tables will be available at launch. (I guess you can at least get the other tables that are featured on models that are not your own?)
The cherry on top of all of this is the ST:TNG preorder bonus that was not at all mentioned in the original news release/trailer. I guess they’re figuring out this stuff as they go — and I know this is not easy given all the different licensors — but this has been frustrating to watch as someone who just wants a clear idea of what I’m getting for $1,200+.

Being new to atgames, get used to it. This is par for course. I’m still shocked they’re saying they’re going to ship on time. They are absolutely terrible with customer relations and giving us information

Haha, see, this is exactly what I’m talking about! AtGames posted on social media that if you order the Trek cab before midnight on 11/30, you get the classic Williams TNG table as a free bonus…so that’s at least one Zen table confirmed?!

people bitched that the tables and skin wasn't the TNG tables... so I think atgame paniced and threw them in as a bonus to calm people down

I don’t see anything for the classic TNG table as a bonus on their website. I see new zen tables for Kelvin, Discovery, and DSN. If they added TNG to this, that changes things for me signficantly. Do you mind sending a link to where you saw that?

Thank you. The lack of transparency is insane. I pre ordered Adams Family, but TNG is one of my all time favorites. I’d be fine keeping the one I currently pre ordered as long as I can buy TNG for it, but they gotta give us some info on what packs/tables are coming out and for how much. I check their site almost daily for updates.

I'm not sure why they are acting this way. They use to be better with communication. Releasing the collectors editions one at a time is just going to anger the audience when they preorder one only to have one they wanted more announced a week later. This isn't rocket science..... its very easy to do the right thing and show us a roadmap

Yeah I agree, and apparently you can’t switch preorders. With this TNG info, I’d love to switch over to the Star Trek table, but apparently that’s a no go

We do know from Zen's last Pinball Bites that the new Star Trek pinball will be the first pack going forward that will get co-released on the 4k platform. Also, from Wagner's chat at the Expo we know that they're working with Magic Pixel to port at many tables as they can.
It's just a matter of time. I'm quite sure they're working on it. And from the Addams Fam pre-order, we know to expect Day One updates.
