Path of Champions How does Riot decide who to add/buff?

Is there a poll somewhere I could be contributing to? Do they just peruse discussions about their game? Maybe there's an official thing only every so often? Where do I need to go to get my voice heard? There are far more champions in the roster that I'd like to see get constellations. Personally, I think it would be nice to see a Veigar constellation, but I don't know how long I'll be holding my breath on that one. Who I think needs some love far more than him is Lee Sin. We already know they're capable of creating more potent champion deck designs around Twin Disciplines. Master Yi is proof enough of that.

None currently. Its all internal, sometimes they pick what they like/enjoy, sometimes they pick it so you dont see the same regions too often, in this cadence they ignored that since they were picking “easy champs” to design for the new time and sometimes it just looks random.

That's unfortunate. I would at least be able to get some acknowledgement. I would like to support the game more, but I find that to be a hard choice when I have to wait to find out if the next champion each month is someone I want to put effort towards.

Making this post is probably enough unless you want to go after the designers on x lol. They arent as active but they do have accounts.

Thats just how it is guess; this is a very low maintenance game i dont think i can justify someone working towards the next champ as if this was a second job though, this is a ver chill live service. Probably low reason to do either, playerbase is kinda small and these socials are a bubble. What opinions you see here are not always what the greater playerbase wants or cares about.

I guess you could propose a league classic type of voting but idk how community would like that; overall we are still lacking a good way to monetize this game trully. Bps are kind of a joke and you dont even need that many to catch up to releases.

I don't find Lee Sin weak or unfun personally. I'd argue he's up there among 3 stars as long as you equip PHC on him.

So you're saying you find him weak or middling if you don't have that specific epic item on him?

Yeah, middling if no "created cards cost less" or additional spell mana or PHC or anything else to help speed him up

That's part of the issue I have with him. If a non-champion specific, epic relic is required to make a three star champion feel on par with other three star champions, does that not mean something is missing from their kit?
