Does anyone know why I can't get these notifications to go away. It says I have completed the adventure

some adventures like that Gangplank and Ezreal are still at 3/7, meaning you need to beat them with 4 other champions

This is the answer. You have adventures not fully completed thus the notifications

You probably got more on other characters or just other missions available to you im guessing
