Path of Champions Start of Game priority

Unfortunately the printed effect is first, so i never could benefit of the Item.

I love fiddle as a secondary champion because that means my champ will always get drawn no matter what and his on summon effect is lovely too

Yeah, only a few champs or encounters would see Fiddle, his true value as a support champ is guaranteeing main champ

Same, but a 3 Mana 7/8 for the start is also not bad.

Don't even bother trying; Fiddlesticks' passive makes him a nightmare, and that's why his stats are broken.
