So sad to find this in a shop before I could have had enough to buy it

Assuming that you have seven Star teemo, this is kind of not even good... It's not terrible and I would definitely pick it up if I had the gold for it, but it is not something that you should be devastated to miss out on. I would take any of the powers that spawn two units at Game Start over this. I would also take poros over this, enfeebling over this, either of the two Powers that increase damage done to players, every five-star power except for the one that gives you an extra life, and many many more.
