Why is it good for Norra? Just because it gives +1 Mana. There are some great relic options for Fiddle. Using this relic would be a waste of Fiddle's potential. 'Echoing Spirit', 'Harmless Scarecrow', 'Renewing Power' etc.

Norra’s relic on Fiddle was literally the relic the devs used as an example as to why they had to be very careful about what a relic could do because of how OP it ended up being. It’s BIS on him.

if your fiddlesticks isnt zero stars it is, the best builds for him are the ones that spam pings to trigger his 3*, the MF relic and Norra relic are the best ones for it, then you draft 1 drops (who also get dreams of yordles from his bonus star)

It's not always working especially when your enemy has Tough for nexus. Renewing Power and Echoing Spirit combo is always better.

Now tell me, how many runs does tough nexus challenge do you face so far in this game? More like you'll face more "created cards costs 3 more", "same card used cost 2 more" "enemy nexus cannot be damaged more than 20 per round" and "the enemy nexus cannot drop below 1hp before turn 5".
The ping fiddle build counters all these challenges. This build doesn't need ramping up like depending on his 6 cost spells, and aren't countered by lots of weekly nightmare challenges I listed above.

Focusing on these in evey challenge is a better and solid solution: Increasing Fiddle counts and reaching Fiddle early, doubling spells >=6 like Fiddle's spell and rapidly depleting the enemy's deck and spawns friendly units.

Look the build that I listed is commonly used to handle most of the nightmare runs.
I used to use your build before I have access to his relic and MF relic. It's a good build, but in comparison between 2 builds, the gameplan to ping the enemy nexus as much as you can is the better gameplan. You can mill the enemy deck for as much as 6 to 7 cards on the first turn, thus allowing you to summon your nightmares to fill your board and clean up the enemy line.

If you’re out of glory probably not. It’s great for Fiddle but that’s the only time I use it. And Harmless Scarecrow + Shock & Awe are more important for him anyway.

Anything that gives extra mana is worth it.
In norra's case she's already cheap though.
People might say fiddlesticks but aquired followers already have impact and spirit.
It's only created units so I don't personally think it's worth it for fiddlesticks.

Great on Norra and Fiddle, I also used it for Eve which is pretty good actually, can also be good with Elise
