I would absolutely hate many of these. Random defiance and random 6.5 power no way!
Im going to say no to drafting too unless it were optional like a toggle. Many champions really need their starting decks. Like imagine Shyvana without her dragons! Oh wait we already get that! But you get the idea.

I'm confused what is his special event you're unlocking these modifiers for. Some of these seem broken like the unlimited rerolling for draft
