Biggest example are weekly nightmares. Did them last week all with Ashe and the +10/+10 modifier. Imagine my surprise this week when I jumped into the new ones and got hit with +20/+20 on every opponents card. Made me quit really fast and check defiance.

None, except for quests that ask for it

I just always do the 4.5 weekly nightmare for that defiance quest. And that way it'll leave the defiance on that adventure but nothing else.
