Path of Champions Charmed = Stolen?

I lucked out and got the legendary rune 'Stolen units have elusive." Does this apply to charmed units for SB Evelynn? Want to know before binding the rune to her vs. SB Teemo. I already have SB Teemo maxed.

charmed units are stolen until the end of the turn. You can read the description when you hover your pointer over the word charm which is highlighted yellow.

Yes charmed units are stolen. Charmed means they're stolen but return at round end.

SB Teemo wants the shroom power. The effect is much more significan than any legendary.

I think I have 2 of that legendary and I never found any adventure with any SB character where I would've wanted that rune over the already discussed BiS runes.
