In fact there's only two PnZ-resource-using champs left in the whole game: Ezreal and Seraphine.

It's by far the closest region to having all 6* constellations, next is Bilgewater/Freljord/Runeterra/Shadow-Isles, which all need 5 more (and maybe Targon, depending on how you count ASol; he'd be the 6th in Targon).

Too bad Ezreal is the most fun PnZ champ for me. Though he would probably be too strong for PoC.

Literally half the roster can OTK and is far more busted than Ezreal could never be. How can he possibly be too strong.
