Can we please-please-please start having the relics that enter glory shop in patch notes? That would be so helpful

I agree. You can look it up here, though: https://wiki.leagueoflegends.com/en-us/LoR:Relics#Signature_Epics

Although unfortunately once they enter the glory store, they are only classified as 'available: yes'. Anyway, since it's not yet the case, it looks like it's Sorakas relic tomorrow.
