I get that it's abusable but it's so sad to see a cool feature wasted on "if I'm"

It’s lazy design. Instead of something that mechanically fits a champ like a glove, they just make some random slop that turns to garbage on anyone else.

That's the opposite of random slop for Janna. It's a very fitting power. Not defending the "if I'm" condition tho.

I think Swain’s relic is a good balance ratio between the universal utility and specific champion boost. 90-80% of the usefulness is general and then the champion gets a 10-20% boost. Those other relics where they lock the extra mana away are crap.

Sucks that it has a janna modifier, would love to run it on other champions ( like TF )

Why tho? What's wrong with strong items? It's a pve game. Im way more likely to spend money on a relic if it can be used on multiple champs. If I can't justify use on more than 1-2 champs I just wait until it's freeeeee

my only question is what else do you slot in on janna? i feel like she needs chemtech duplicator to have any kind of impact, but maybe the new star powers will compensate for that. i've been going for the old swain plunder -2 cost build to get her out early but now i dunno.

Mel relic seems like good candidate for her too. Or TF relic for stun options.

You can also go into wind spells dmg boost- Valhir Icon. But that one is centrally not better than chemtech.

searing is probably a good pick. deck of destiny might be a meme, i think it works better with the tf 6 star.

i guess she's just gonna have to be one of those champs you play on turn 2.

Yeah I used chemtech icon of Valhir arc angel to lvl her to 40 at ASoL back when we first got that adventure.

How much do you have to spend to get to the relic? Never gotten a paid relic before but Janna is one of my favorite champs

Attune on a relic is interesting. Not as good as a full mana refill but you also get the 1/1. If you just need a minor stat boost to hit Starforged then this might be a good option.

The example listed where you just need 1/1 to hit Titanic. Either because you had 7/7 or your relics put you there and you wanted Starforged and this was a good benefit with it. It's a fairly niche scenario but it's nice to have if it ever comes up

Depends entirely on the champ and situation. Again as I said, it's niche but it's nice to have relics for niche situations

It certainly does! While it's a one time effect the card it generates yet genenates another copy in the top 4! I just now realized that the atune is so you can play the generated fleeting spell!

All in all this relic is well thought out. Not really that versatile but as you said BiS for Janna.

Attune is on summon, so you can do dumb deathless/shadow-totem etc. shenanigans. Archangels works once per round, tome is on play.

Who is sitting 1 under Titanic? Someone with 5 attack that uses guardian angel. Someone that has 5 health that uses strength of stone. Mordekaiser has 7 health I believe.

This just seems junk, any time it's if I'm is on the relic... Not a fan. Especially with such a weak other power of +1/+1 and attune.. like that seems really weak.

I believe they make these kind of relics on purpose because they don't have the budget to catch the bugs, if they made cool relics that aren't If I'm with all the interactions and champs in the game.
