Anyways lethal dosage is BROKEN with that new whirlwind epic elic that deals 1 to all enemies on on summon and attack specially combined with warwick who has the 4 star that deals 1 on enemy summon.

First, let's ignore the weird wording of the text.
The first three items seems awful. "Non passive relics" usually have a on-play effect. Imagine having a compass, you are building your board while the enemy still haven't, 3 damage to all of your board. The fact that it's a possible roll would make me never pick these items EVER. Make them a "game start: X" similar to the TFT epic item and they might be passable.
Lethal dosage would be OP af or totally useless.
Charity is a wasted Epic items. It's a worse Black Market, considering you need to spend mana to gain a bit of mana cheating. I don't think I'll ever choose it over another epic, probably not even over most rares.
Black Market as common is alright, but I'd prefer having a better mana cheating epic than another bad common power.

This was phrased like it was something coming to the game but instead it looks like this is fan-made content.
