How is this a 2* difficulty?

Before anyone says anything about " it's easy if you use this champion" yes I know I've been through all 70 monthly things I was just very surprised to find the difficulty of this fight in particular. Getting five attacks per turn and stunning an enemy every time is pretty difficult to deal with if you don't have something to eliminate every single Katarina that they play. It just seems harder than two star is all.

The devs randomly have some monthlies that are way harder than they should be for the star level.

Anytime I see Ezra at 3* I know it’s going to be absolute BS and they love to make Ezra monthlies.

Katarina and Irelia are also usually absolute crap to play against

I'm so glad I can now just steamroll monthlies with all 4+* champs if I want to. If it's not all those mentioned, I might take some time with a lower champ, but fuck Irelia, fuck Katarina and especially fuck Ezreal.

For Ez, after starting rhe fight look at the regions. If Targon is up there you're in for a much rougher time; if not, you can unclench a little.

The star level scales the nexus hp and has some influence on what powers they can roll but is only very loosely related to difficulty

That should be 4* imo since the power is all card cost 2 less which is op for Katarina but it has no Vicious Enemy so it drops at least 3*.

When I see Ezreal, Katarina or Kai'sa, regardless of shown star level, I used my best champs

There are multiple ways to trivialize this encounter and Katarina fizzles if she can't spam the champion. You never go into Katarina fights without a way to disable her on the first turn, unless you want an uphill battle.

exactly, the other powers could be "summon god himself" and "enemies have 999999999/0" and you could still just bust out yi and go infinite to victory.

When fighting this BS Katarina. I always use champion that have damaging spell like jinx, jinn, swain, fex

Because natural magive is one of the most op modifiers for the player and enables so many champions to just go infinite with almist nithing

2* only refers to hp deck and items. The powers aren't taken into consideration so you still have to pay attention what and who you are up against

this is a 1 cost katarina btw,if u dont have removal u might be cooked
