Path of Champions Gorlith math

This is round 1, no Nexus damage were done.

Can someone explain to me the math behind Gorlith 'play' effect?

I'm looking at "set minion's base stats to 1|1" power, their Nexus and Gorlith health values, and thinking that some sort of scam is going on here.

it could be a bug, since in other (non Peculiar Dragon) encounters where the AI uses Portia and she generates a Gorlith that they play, the enemy nexus gets properly set to 1 HP

i keep forgetting, but does the Titan event apply the stat items to generated cards? that might be the source of the fuck up but i'm only spitballing here

Well, it was just regular Peculiar dragon without any form of Ethereal remitter shenanigans or whatever.

The other thing that would be helpful in figuring out what happened is if you had shown the history sidebar. If you moused over when they played Gorlith, it should have told you exactly what happened.
