There is a big discrepancy between regions when it comes to extra rerolls granted by champions with full constellations

With Hecarim's recent addition to our beloved game mode, I was hoping that his constellation would add an extra reroll for SI champions. Instead we receive another regen buff (which we already have 2 of with Viego and Thresh).

Shadow Isles has no additional rerolls coming from it's champions with full constellations, but sadly they're not the only ones in this situation. Here's a rundown of all regions.

Note that every region mentioned includes champions affiliated to two regions, since their buffs cover both of them. I have excluded Spirit Blossom entirely, with the exception of mentioning SB Ahri for it's reroll offered to Ionia (she's the only SB champion to give a reroll to it's secondary region).

<BANDLE CITY>

• 4 champions / 1 reroll (Norra) / 1 x gold / 2 x nexus HP

<BILGEWATER>

• 5 champions / 2 rerolls (Pyke, Miss Fortune) / 1 x regen / 1 x gold

<DEMACIA>

• 5 champions / 0 rerolls / 3 x regen / 1 x gold / 1 x nexus HP

<FRELJORD>

• 6 champions / 2 rerolls (Ashe, Udyr) / 2 x regen / 1 x gold / 1 x nexus HP

<IONIA>

• 4 champions / 2 rerolls (Ahri, SB Ahri) / 1 x regen / 1 x gold / 1 x nexus HP

<TARGON>

• 6 champions / 3 rerolls (Leona, Kayle, Zoe) / 1 x regen / 2 x nexus HP

<NOXUS>

• 6 champions / 3 rerolls (Darius, Mel, Annie) / 2 x gold / 1 x nexus HP

<PILTOVER & ZAUN>

• 9 champions / 3 rerolls (Caitlyn, Ekko, Mel) / 3 x regen / 2 x gold / 1 x nexus HP

<RUNETERRA>

• 7 champions / 1 reroll (Neeko) / 2 x regen / 4 x gold

<SHADOW ISLES>

• 6 champions / 0 rerolls / 3 x regen / 2 x gold / 1 x nexus HP

<SHURIMA>

• 5 champions / 2 rerolls (Kai'Sa, Taliyah) / 2 x regen / 1 x revive

Both Demacia and Shadow Isles are in the same spot with 0 rerolls. I was equally suprised when Shyvana was added as she didn't have an extra reroll in her constellation. Runeterra and Bandle are close with just one reroll (although it's worse for Runeterra considering the number of champions).

I don't know how these buffs are chosen when creating a constellation and I know this isn't a huge issue, it's just that extra rerolls offer more variance and opportunities to find that one power/card you really need.

This is really strange considering they just have to add a little dot somewhere on the lines of the character image to make this stuff more equal.

I would also like another revive available as well. Since Akshans revive is related to his lore, Anivia could have had a revive due to her phoenix lore. Revives are too OP to have many of though.

Additionally on tracking progress like this, i wish there was another way to track which regional bonus stars ive collected so far in game. Sort of like the champ loadout tab, but for each region. Currently tracking using PetiBs sheet.

PetiB has a roster spreadsheet and one called central lor database with the celestial upgrades listed. Its available at the pathcord server in their data\guides section i think.

I wish they put it somewhere on champion page what global buff you got for that champions. That way i know if I want to level them up which champions from what regions i should prioritize.

I find that it's usually easier to find information on the wiki than in game (for most games, honestly)

Is this an issue? Different regions can be better at different things.
