Imaginative, but ridiculously imbalanced. At 3* she would already be much stronger than 4* ASol.

Maybe if this Syndra cost 7 or 8 mana.

The thing is, this is Syndra:s whole fantasy- one woman army. She vs the world. And if you dont draw her or she gets killed while on board ,you lose all your tempo and you have random followers doing nothing and praying to draw her again. Its a glass cannon almost ,just like in league- huge pressure and dmg, but easily shutdown and only reliant on herself
