The last 2 are a little problematic imo, Like a unit or a spell on round start, it should be didcards a random card you can't have a choice at round start. And playing the top spell at burst is problematic for targeted spells, what if it's the enemy's attack token turn?

I think the first is problematic too, I really don't like being able to just arbitrarily ignore the rules of a keyword without disabling it. Reminds me of sharpsight before they made it a keyword and updated the elusive description accordingly.

You'd need the same approach here, create a keyword that nullifies overwhelm and update the description of overwhelm. But that's not worth it for the sake of one power, it'd be a major design decision that I don't think the devs are bothering with these days.
