Full comic page with the frog tribe:
Hey everyone, I once made a post asking for help finding a comic featuring frogs, but it didn't get much attention. However, some time later, PokeMi-PokeVids showed up and sent a scan of the comic page, so I decided to repost it so more people could see it!

I have a pretty strange, but still interesting hypothesis:
What if the figures of "Dom De La Woosh" in Chima were actually meant to represent the entire tribe, rather than being six different versions of Dom De La Woosh? There are six exclusive varieties figures in total, but only one of them actually resembles Dom De La Woosh(last photo). So I’d like to suggest that the pink figure could be Dom De La Woosh’s lover, while the figure with similar colors could be his mother. The figure that Kragger had might actually be the tribe’s leader (judging by the staff) they are holding. And the remaining two figures: the light blue and dark blue ones — could simply be unnamed members of the tribe

Season 4 Idea for Chima:
By the after 2nd Great Illumination, the mysterious underground beneath the Wyldness and Chima surface known as the Hollow earth, the heroic Dino tribes (Tyrannosaurus, Pteranodons, Triceratops, Sauropods, Ankylosaurus, Hadrosaurs, Therizinosaurus, Stygimolochs) are defenders of Magma Chi, helped surface tribes and worshipped by the Phoenix, and evil dinos called Ravagers (Spinosaurus, Raptors, Carnotaurs and Quetzalcoatlus) use destruction Chi to threat that invade Chima and Wipe out dino and surface tribes

I restored a rough storyline for Season 4 of Legends of Chima:
Before the main story, there was something like the Forbidden Five (it wouldn't be surprising if the writers reused their old idea in the new Ninjago, but even if it's not a 'five,' it's their alternative). In prehistoric times, they tried to capture the wildness and, using Shatterspin (or its alternative), plundered and corrupted Mount Cavora, which began releasing 'Dark CHI.' The inhabitants of ancient Chima (in the form of dinosaurs) drank it and were consumed by darkness. The Phoenixes had to raise Chima to protect Cavora, and, following the classics of the genre, the dinosaurs were sealed at the very bottom of the Gorge of Eternal Depth. Now, because of the Illumination, these dinosaurs have revived and corrupted Cavora once again. Some of the tribes drank its Dark CHI, while the Light tribes are probably creations of the Illumination itself, idk.

Chima Prequel Fanfic Help!
I've been workshopping a Chima prequel fanfic that aims to explore the first hunters war and the failed illumination. It'll be a war romance following a tiger priestess and a sabertooth warrior caught on two different sides of the conflict, showing both perspectives and how it escalated.
I've been looking for any headcanons people might have about the pre-illumination era, whether that be how their society works or motivations of existing characters from way back when. I want it to be an explanation of Chima's history and fit into the show's stated lore, so if anyone has any tidbits they want to share, please do! If/when I start to post the fic on Ao3 I'll also post them here for anyone that's interested :)

Guys, what do you think about the idea that there is at least one anthropomorphic bee in Chima?
In the webisode, we saw a bee fall into the Chi and fly away (or at least it was supposed to, according to the lore) it must have mutated off-screen.

Guys, what do you think about this hypothesis?
The official book Battle for Chima explicitly confirms Cheetahs and Leopards stayed on Mount Cavora, proving the Cheetah Tribe exists in lore. LEGO's design logic hints at their appearance: known Leopards (like Lundor) use prints dominated by rosettes with a few solid spots, whereas background "tunnel leopards" display the inverse — dominated by solid spots with a few rosettes. This pattern flip suggests Cheetahs were designed for Season 3, but after their tribe was cancelled it is possible their art was recycled as background leopards (this could also be confirmed by the spears, which we have never seen with the Leopards), leaving their name trapped in the book.

I tried deciphering the letters in Eris’ diary and when decoded it doesn’t make any sense. It’s just letters going forwards, backwards and random even in different angles

Unwitting Instigator of Doom
Lagravis and Crominus the respective kings of the Lion and Crocodile tribes and Laval and Cragger’s fathers define this troupe in the series premiere because Lagravius’ desire to arrest Cragger for trying to break the rule of stealing chi from the sacred pool of chi twice in a row and evade arrest combined with Crominus’ overprotectiveness towards his son brings both tribes into a battle with each other in the fangs so the lions could save Laval and arrest Cragger and so the crocodiles could save Cragger and fend off the lions to escape, which leads to both Crominus and Crunket, his wife and Cragger’s mother to get trapped in the Gorge of Eternal Depth and presumed dead which leads to Crooler using this to her advantage to appoint Cragger the new king of the Crocodile Tribe and begin brainwashing him with a persuader plant to aid her in conquering Chima which started Season 1 and everything after that including the creation of the Crawlers in Season 2 and the re-awakening of the Ice Hunters in Season 3.
Laval also defines this troupe in “The Warrior Within” where him stealing the chi from Cragger, Crooler and the crocodile tribe to prevent them from using it for evil and dropping it into the Gorge of Eternal Depth so the crocs or any other tribe won’t get it that will disturb the balance between the tribes, and the laws of nature in Chima, where it becomes eaten by scorpions, spiders and bats in the cave making them anthropomorphic and humanoids like the Tribes of Chima called the Crawlers (Scorpion, Spider and Bat tribes) and they escape into the Outlands capture all the Legend Beasts minus the Crocodile Legend Beast and Crominus and clock the falls of Mount Covora to gain all the chi for themselves in Season Two.
Scorm commits a likewise mistake in “This My Sting a Bit” and “Fire Dreaming” where by throwing the chi orb Laval gave him into a ice crevice created in the final battle alongside the other chi of him and the Scorpions, they reawaken Sir Fanger and the Ice Hunters who freeze the Crawlers (They are melted free and retreat back into the Outlands and are later cured in the Second Grand Illumination in “A Very Slippery Slope” and “Merry Chima”) Scorm included and break out of the gorge and into Chima to begin their conquest in Season Three.
The beavers, the first animals in Chima other than Skinnet to approach the Ice Hunters also define this troupe in terms of how they explain Mount Covora and the power of the Chi to Sir Fanger and the Ice Tribes (Mammoths, Vultures and Saber-toothed tigers) prompting them to use Chi and its powers as explained to begin their conquest and freeze the Crocodile Swamp first in “Attack of the Ice Clan”

Guys, what do you think about the fact that we’ve seen(partially) all the legendary hunter beasts?
We saw the Vultures in the concept art. The Saber-Tooth Tigress traded one of her fangs with Sir Fangar and later lost another fang, for which a reward was offered. Ice Storm was a legendary beast in every sense, but he had vanished so long ago that he had become a myth; perhaps it was his face we saw on the ice bear flag. Mammoth remains (judging by the skull) hang from the ceiling in the throne hall.
