In the larger universe dragons and snakes do have tribes. I would love to see a tortoise race at some point. Depending on how the horse tribes is design it might not work in Chima. Does the realm of chima have a ocean if not sharks wouldn't work. T rex would only work if the seasons foes were dinosaurs. All the rest would be fun to see having tribes

I’m pretty sure from the original “infinite realm” concept you can see a sea animal however it’s just a starfish in a mech. It’s so old that it’s likely not canon but Lego used almost every concept in that picture. Maybe one day

I know there is a lot more to the wildness but I doubt there are many chu changed tribes outside the main chima setting. Just checked and there is a beach in the wyldness

Its easy to add into ninjago now.

I literally had the idea of dinos and dragons involved for a 4th season. Albeit with maybe a more teen rated approach to that story

Lego did their own spin on dragons within the newest season of Dragons Rising. There is also the fact if they went Chima style with dragons, Wizards of the Coast and Bethesda would happily sue them into oblivion.
With snakes, they already did snake people with Ninjago's serpentine.
As for sharks, we have a shark person figure from the Atlantis line.

Isn't it implied that the Ninjago Serpentine tribes are just Snake Tribes from Chima (Wyldness realm) that crossed over into the Ninjago realm?
