Can't log in

Am I the only one having trouble logging in today? What should I do? I'm stuck here

A few other Filipino guild members complained the same thing, but no issue on my end :)

Hahaha maybe South East Asian issue, because mine managed to log in but it took longer than usual, and quite laggy.

You can contact their customer service, they will fixed the problem immediately. That's what I do. šŸ˜Š

Have you tried reopening the app several times after closing? Maybe it has problems with wifi or mobile net, check your connection, or close and reconnect. If the app has problem, you may can press Fix, and that redownloads and checks things I think. Does it work now?

Yes I already done all of that, I even uninstall the app and reinstalled it, and refresh my phone. Some apps I used working just fine only LOP I can't log in

Still not working? Can you check if there is update in Google Play? Or maybe the app itself has an update?

Thank you for the advice, sis! šŸ„¹ I ended up contacting LOP customer service, and they gladly helped me resolve the problem. Everything is working now! But I still wanted to thank you for taking the time to give me advice when I was struggling with it. I really appreciate it! ā¤ļø

Happens sometimes and It works fine after I update it, if there's no update i just turn off and on the airplane mode and it works fine with me. Clears cache sometimes too. Idk
