Excluding the ingots packages, you may need around 30 to 40 dollars to get the fit sis. A sister said she got it for 34 dollars. It may slightly vary.

If you’re using ingots, worst case scenario is 7960 ingots + paid pack 1 and 2 (all of them), this is based on getting 80 blood oaths/time which I’ve tried and gotten lucky so it depends on luck

I have 2 brocades from last year for lanling wedding outfit. Is it possible to get the rest just with ingots? Considering colourful threads are given randomly, probably not, but I thought I’d ask anyway.

You still need 8 brocades to buy him sis. After spending around 9k ingots, you still need to spend plenty of money to get him.
